When you book a call we collect your name, work email, company, optional phone number, the topic and any notes you write, the time you chose and your time zone.

How we use it

• To confirm and run the call you asked for, including sending a confirmation and calendar invitation
• To prepare for the conversation and reply to you
• To keep the booking system secure and prevent abuse

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information
• We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site
• We do not write booking details to our logs

Service providers

We use trusted providers to deliver email, host this website and, where enabled, verify that a request comes from a person and rate-limit abuse. They process information only to provide those services.

Retention and your rights

We keep booking information only as long as needed to run the conversation and any resulting engagement. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time, in line with applicable Canadian privacy law, by emailing admin@baltar.ca.

Security

We protect this site with encryption in transit, strict browser security policies, input validation and rate limiting. Read more on our security page.
