B2B sales and marketing
A pipeline that researches, reaches out and keeps the CRM clean
The right accounts found from real buying signals, researched, contacted in your voice within the rules, and every reply, meeting and update recorded.
Representative blueprint. The targets below are design targets we scope and measure against in a Loop Audit. They are not results from a named client.
Sales teams spend their best hours on everything but selling
- Reps research accounts by hand and the research is shallow or late.
- Outreach is either generic or too slow to matter.
- The CRM is wrong because nobody has time to update it.
- Replies, out-of-office notices and referrals pile up unanswered.
- Forecasts are opinions.
How the loop runs.
7 stages, from the moment work arrives to the moment it is proven done. Each one is observable, testable and can be paused.
Find the accounts
Scores companies against your ideal customer profile using signals such as hiring, funding, technology changes and leadership moves.
Research
Builds a short, sourced brief for each account and contact: what they do, what changed, and why now.
Write
Drafts messages grounded in the brief and your voice, with real reasons to reach out.
Send within the rules
Sends at human pace from warmed-up domains, honouring consent, opt-outs and suppression lists.
Handle replies
Classifies replies, answers simple questions, books meetings and routes real conversations to a rep.
Prepare and record
Sends a meeting brief beforehand, records notes and next steps afterward, and updates the CRM.
Forecast
Builds a pipeline view from activity and stage evidence rather than rep optimism.
The hard parts, and how we handle them.
Compliance is a feature
Canada’s anti-spam law, and similar rules elsewhere, require consent or a valid exemption and a working unsubscribe. The system enforces suppression lists and records the basis for contact, and refuses to send without one.
Personalisation without invention
Every personalised line cites a source the rep can open. If the system cannot cite it, it does not say it.
Deliverability is engineering
Domain warm-up, sending caps, bounce handling and reputation monitoring protect the channel you depend on.
The CRM as a source of truth
Updates are written as proposed changes with evidence and applied under rules, so the CRM stays trustworthy.
